The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No. 7 of 2018 on the file of the first respondent police as against the petitioner for the offences under Sections 406 & 420 of IPC.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the respondent police has completed investigation and yet to file final report. She also seeks time for one month to file final report.
