ORDER
The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to survey his property situated in UDR Survey No. 162/7, Ponnamaravathi East Village, Ponnamaravathi Taluk, Pudukkottai District, by considering his application dated 26.06.2025.
2.Heard the arguments of Mr.D Senthil, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Gangatharan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.According to the petitioner, the subject property was purchased by his father in the year 2010. Subsequently, he sold the subject property in favour of the petitioner under a sale deed dated 08.04.2025. Thereafter, the patta was changed in the name of the petitioner in Patta No.7274. The petitioner submitted an application on 26.06.2025 in Application No.2025/0123/010263, seeking survey of the subject property. The same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.
4.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the application of the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law.
5.In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the respondents are directed to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 26.06.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner, neighbouring land owners and other interested parties. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
