Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to receive the alleged agreement dated 01.11.2016 produced by the fourth respondent as a document in the suit in O.S.No.282/21 on the file of Hon'ble District Court, Tirunelveli and to examine the signature therein with the help of forensic expert in the enquiry on the complaint of the petitioner dated 09.12.2021.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the first and second respondent.

W.P.(MD).No.22500 of 2021 petitioner alleges that her signature has been forged. she has given a complaint before the second respondent and since no action was taken, the writ petition came to be filed.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that the matter has been sent for forensic opinion. It is undertaken that based on the opinion of the forensic expert further action will have to be taken as per the law.

4. Recording the said submissions of the learned Government Advocate made on behalf of the second respondent, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
