ORDER
The Writ Petition is filed seeking direction to the second respondent to dispose of the revision filed by the petitioner, dated 10.05.2024.
2. Heard the arguments of Mr.S.Louis, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.K.Malathi, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3. Since no adverse order is passed against the private respondents, notice to the private respondents is dispensed with.
3. By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
4. According to the petitioner, he filed an appeal challenging the patta issued in favour of the private respondents in respect of the property situated in S.No.3004/9, Kenguvarpatti Village, Bit-I, Periyakulam Taluk, Theni District. The said appeal was dismissed by the third respondent by relegating the parties to the Civil Court. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner preferred a revision before the second respondent on 10.05.2024. The same has not been taken up for consideration. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court. 5.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the revision filed by the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law.

In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the second respondent is directed to consider the revision filed by the petitioner and and pass final orders on its own merits within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of cop of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner and private respondents.
7. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
