ORDER
The petitioner, with a grievance that the property tax has not been mutated in his name, has made a representation and has filed this writ petition.
2.When the writ petition came up for hearing today, learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner's name has been mutated in the property tax documents and nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. Therefore, he sought permission to withdraw the writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2/4
3.In view of the above position, this writ petition is closed as no further order is required to be passed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
