ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c), 20(b)(ii)(B), 25, 29 (i) of NDPS 1/3

Act, in Cr.No. 384 of 2024, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and other accused were in illegal possession of 1.540 Kgs of Ganja. Hence, the complaint.

3. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the material records of the case.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the natural allegation against the petitioner that from the third accused 1.540kg of ganja was recovered and that the arrested accused had given a confession statement that the ganja is supplied only by the petitioner and considering the CDR particulars and the other materials available, already this court having dismissed the earlier anticipatory bail application, I do not see any change of circumstances to entertain the present application and hence, this Petition is dismissed. sd/- 25/09/2024 / TRUE COPY / /10/2024 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.I /II /III /IV ) Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai - 625 023.
