This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to disburse the death cum monetary benefits of the petitioner's deceased daughter namely Noorul Fathima and deposit the same equally in the name of her minor sons, namely, Mohamed Affrin and Mohamed Asrin, respectively, by considering petitioner's representation dated 24.07.2025. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the parties. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's daughter, Noorul Fathima, was appointed as a Juinor Assistant in the third respondent School on 12.10.2022, on compassionate ground. The grievance of the petitioner is that her daughter, along with her husband, died in a road accident, leaving behind two minor children, namely, Mohamed Affrin and Mohamed Asrin. However, the monetary benefits due to the petitioner's deceased daughter have not yet been disbursed, reportedly due to an objection raised by the fourth respondent. In this regard, the petitioner submitted a representation on 24.07.2025 requesting that the death cum monetary benefits of the petitioner's deceased daughter be disbursed and deposited equally in the names of her minor sons, Mohamed Affrin and Mohamed Asrin. As no action has been taken on the said representation, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition before this Court.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner would further submit that the petitioner would be satisfied if a direction is issued to the respondents respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 24.07.2025 and pass 3/6
appropriate orders thereon, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents, to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 24.07.2025 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. Such exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is also made clear that this Court has not expressed any of its views with regard to the merits of the matter and that it is open to the respondents to consider the same on its own merits.
