common order dated 06.10.2017 passed in W.P.No.18633 of 2017 on the file of this Court.

Mr.J.K.Jayaseelan Government Advocate for R4 COMMON ORDER These writ petitions have been filed challenging the tender Notification issued by the third respondent dated 14.12.2018 inviting applications for grant of fishery right for a period of three years.

2. Today, when the matters are taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submits that the request of the petitioner to renew the lease for remaining period of two years was not considered and therefore, he has filed these Writ Petitions challenging the impugned tender Notification. He further submits that the renewal period was already over.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, these Writ Petitions are closed. No costs.
