This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13274 of 2023 on 24.07.2023.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is pending. 4.Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13274 of 2023 on 24.07.2023 is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
