ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the impugned FIR.
2. According to the petitioner's counsel, except the fact that the petitioner is the owner of the offending vehicle, there is no other material against her. Be that as it may, I am not in a position to consider this petition on merits for the simple reason that the respondents have already filed a final report before the jurisdictional Court.
3. The jurisdictional Court shall take a call in the matter on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
