ORDER

This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking transfer of O.P.No.4598 of 2018 pending on the file of the IV Additional Family Court, Chennai, to the file of the Sub Court Tiruchirappalli.

2.Though the parties were referred to mediation, the mediation efforts had failed and the parties are back to the Court. 3.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the papers.

4.Considering the fact that the petitioner is residing at Tirchy and the matter is now pending before IV Additional Family Court, Chennai, which requires the presence of the parties for every hearing, this Court is inclined to allow the transfer civil miscellaneous petition. Accordingly, the petition in O.P.No.4598 of 2018 pending on the file of IV Additional Family Court, Chennai, is ordered to be withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Sub Court, Tiruchirappalli. The learned Judge, IV Additional Family Court, Chennai, is directed to transmit the entire records in O.P.No.4598 of 2018 to the Sub Court, Tiruchirappalli. Since the OP of the year 2018, the learned Subordinate Judge, Tiruchirappalli, shall take steps to dispose of O.P.No.4598 of 2018 as expeditiously https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

as possible on merits and in accordance with law, however, not later than the period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With these directions, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
