ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to hold an enquiry on the petitioner's complaint dated 04.03.2024 by considering the documents submitted by the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials placed before this Court.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and the third and fourth respondents and to conduct enquiry and pass orders on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 04.03.2024, after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the third and fourth respondents, and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
