This petition has been filed to quash the FIR made in Crime No.99 of 2012 on the file of the Sub-Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Madurai.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that on the complaint lodged by the second respondent, case has been registered in Crime No.99 of 2012. After completion of investigation, case has been closed as 'Mistake of Fact' on 18.18.2019 itself.
