Complainant PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to call for the records pertaining to the impugned FIR made in Crime No.19 of 2018 on the file of the Sub-Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station (Thilagar Thidal), Madurai South, Madurai and quash the same in so far as the petitioners are concerned.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.19 of 2018 on the file of the Sub-Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station (Thilagar Thidal), Madurai South, Madurai.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the respondent police has completed the investigation in Crime No.19 of 2018 and filed final report before the learned Additional Mahila Court, Madurai, and it has been taken cognizance https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

3. Hence, the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous and the petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.

4. However, the learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that already contempt notice was issued as against the first respondent for non filing of final report. Hence, the petitioner is at liberty to proceed with the contempt petition.
