RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to permit the present application an modify the condition imposed in Crl.MP.No.10999/2021 under order dated 10/12/2021 and direct the petitioners to appear before Thallakulam Police Station instead of the respondent police station.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.MUNIYANDI.S, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, GOVT. ADVOCATE (CRIMINAL SIDE) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.10999 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.17307 of 2021 on 10.12.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have facing life threat at the hands of respondent police. Hence, request was made to modify the condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the investigation is pending.
