O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to survey and demarcate the petitioner's property comprised in Survey No.53/4B, Patta No.5029, total extent of 15 Cents, situated at K. Pothampatti Village, Usilampatti Taluk, Madurai District and consequently direct the 4th respondent to provide adequate police protection at the time of survey and demarcate the petitioners property, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 12.08.2023, within the time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3. The petitioner submitted a representation on 12.08.2023 to the respondents for survey of her landed property. However, no action has 2/5

been taken on the said application. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.

4. Learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondents, submits that the representation of the petitioner would be considered by the first respondent/Tahsildar within a time stipulated by this Court.

5. In view of the above submissions, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.08.2023 on merits and in accordance with law, and pass appropriate orders within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Needless to say, if any rival claims, the same shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the civil Court. There shall be no order as to costs.
