No.16061 of 2019 2.This Court has already dismissed the Criminal Original Petition, by the order, dated 06.11.2019 and directed the Court below to dispose of the case in C.C.No.43 of 2018, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Now, the Court below requests further time of two months to dispose of the said case.
3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the letter dated 19.11.2021, this Court is inclined to grant further time and accordingly, two months time is granted from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for disposing the case in C.C.No.43 of 2018.
