This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to deal with the online application submitted by the petitioner on 17.09.2020, wherein, the petitioner has sought for issuance of a separate patta in her name.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the application submitted by the petitioner has already been considered by the second respondent and that the second respondent will respond to the petitioner within the time frame fixed by this Court.

3. In view of the above submission, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to respond to the application submitted by the petitioner on 17.09.2020 within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
