ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the first respondent to instruct the second respondent not to harass under the guise of enquiry on the strength of false complaint lodged by the third respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent against the petitioner, CSR No.168 of 2024 came to be registered and since the matter is of civil in nature, the same was ordered to be closed.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
