This writ petition has been filed challenging the order of suspension, dated 03.08.2016.

2. The case of the petitioner is that for some allegations, the petitioner was placed under suspension for a period of two months, vide order dated 03.08.2016. As against the order of suspension, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.

3. A perusal of the impugned order reveals that the second respondent has suspended the petitioner for a period of two months and now the two months period expired and hence, nothing survives in this writ petition for adjudication. W.P.(MD)No.17160 of 2016 is closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to claim salary during the suspension period, in accordance with law. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
