Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The writ petitioner has worked as a contract employee. He now seeks re-engagement as Accounts Assistant in the office of the third respondent or fourth respondent. In this regard, he has given a representation before the first respondent.

3.The first respondent is directed to consider the same and pass order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the first respondent to pass order one way or the other.
