ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent herein not to interfere in the civil dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent herein.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. The same is recorded.
3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.
