4.The Block Development Officer, O/o.the Block Development Office, Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorari and Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the 3rd respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.951/2020/Uoo.Va.1(4) dated 22.11.2021 and quash the same as illegal insofar as petitioner is concerned and the consequential impugned seniority list published by the 3rd Respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.951/2020/Uoo.Va.1 dated 29.11.2021 insofar as the Petitioner in Serial No.132 of seniority list of Junior Assistant for the year 2013-2014 is concerned and quash the same as illegal and consequentially to direct the 2nd respondent to declare the petitioner's probation w.e.f. 14.01.2012 instead of 22.05.2012 and re-fix the seniority list of Junior Assistant for the year 2012-2013, within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed under the Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorari and Mandamus, to quash the impugned order passed by the 3rd respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.951/2020/Uoo.Va.1(4) dated 22.11.2021, insofar as petitioner is concerned and the consequential impugned seniority list published by the 3rd Respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.951/2020/Uoo.Va.1 dated 29.11.2021 insofar as the Petitioner in Serial No.132 of seniority list of Junior Assistant for the year 2013-2014 is concerned and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to declare the petitioner's probation w.e.f. 14.01.2012 instead of 22.05.2012 and re-fix the seniority list of Junior Assistant for the year 2012-2013.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Karthik Raja learned counsel for M/s.Ajmal Associates appearing for the Petitioner, submits that the Petitioner does not wish to press the Writ Petition and has circulated a letter in this connection. He had also made an 3/6
endorsement to that effect in the affidavit filed in support of this Writ Petition.

Mr.F.Deepak, learned Special Government Pleader for the Respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.A.Sivanpandian, learned counsel for the 4th Respondent, both stated that they had no objection. 4.
In view of the submissions and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Interim Order, if any, stands vacated and the file is consigned to record. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
