Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the sixth respondent to complete the verification process of thumb impression of them within time frame and issue joining letter for the post of Constable (GD) in CAPFs/NIA/SSF and Rifleman (GD) in Assam Rifles in the year 2018 and pass such further or other orders as this Court.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a Mandamus to the sixth respondent to complete the verification process of thumb impression of them within time frame and issue joining letter for the post of Constable (GD) in CAPFs/NIA/SSF and Rifleman (GD) in Assam Rifles in the year 2018.

2. Both sides present.

3. The learned Central Government Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted all the writ petitioners have been appointed after verification of their certificates and he has also produced the copy of the 3/6

appointment orders of all the 11 petitioners after duly serving the same to the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 11 petitioners were appointed by the respondents on 01.06.2023, 31.08.2023, 22.02.2023 and 08.06.2023 respectively. Hence, nothing survives in the writ petition for further adjudication.
