Prayer :- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for the issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order dated 08.10.2015 on the file of the third respondent and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the third respondents to promote the petitioner from the post of Attender (D) to Clerk in the third respondent University from 01.10.2010 with all monetary and consequential benefits.
