Respondents Prayer: Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to accord necessary permission so as to stage a Drama, namely, "Shri Valli Thirumanam" in connection with the festive occasion of one Shri Nithyanandha Murugan Bhajanai Madalaya festival, at E.Malampatti Village, Melur Taluk, Madurai District, which is scheduled to be taken place on 27.12.2021 by taking into consideration of his representation dated 12.12.2021. 2.The petitioner wants to conduct the petition mentioned event. It is stated that there is no communal problem.
