ORDER

Earlier on 16.09.2025 the petitioners undertake to deposit the disputed amount of Rs.5,30,000/- within a period of five months in equated monthly installments https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

starting from deposit of Rs.1,00,000/- from 26.09.2025. In view of the undertaking given by the petitioners, this Court directed the petitioners to deposit a sum of Rs. 1,00,000/- on or before 06.10.2025 and granted interim anticipatory bail till 06.10.2025.

2. Today when the matter is came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent, on instructions, would submit that the petitioners have not deposited the amount as directed by this Court.

3. In view of the above, interim anticipatory bail granted by this Court to the petitioners on 16.09.2025 is cancelled and this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. The respondent is at liberty to proceed further. 24-11-2025 am To
