ORDER

The Petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing to the third Respondent to consider the Petitioner`s representation as per law, dated 08.10.2022, with following guidelines issued by Hon`ble Apex Court`s Judgement in Lalita Kumari Vs Govt of U.P. and others 2013(8), within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Hon`ble Court

2. When the case is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner sought short adjournment.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the Petitioner is seeking permission to fix board in the Highway. After conducting enquiry, the third Respondent had directed the Petitioner to approach the authorities concerned to fixing the board.

4. The Petitioner shall exhaust his remedy before the authorities concerned or Highway authorities. After exhausting remedy from the authorities concerned, the Petitioner shall approach this Court.
