Whereas the above Revision Petitioner has presented this Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, Praying this Court to call for the records of the impugned fair and decreetal order dated 08.10.2021 in EOP No. 13 of 2020 on the file of the Learned Tamil Nadu Election Tribunal cum Principal District Court, Sivagangai, quash the same and allow the EOP No. 13 of 2020.
