This Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself, after hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the first respondent, and after dispensing with notice to the second respondent, as no adverse orders are proposed to be passed against the second respondent at this stage.
2. In this Writ Petition, the petitioner has sought the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 13.06.2025, and further directing the second respondent to provide access and extend cooperation to the Auditing Committee appointed by the petitioner Sangh, for the purpose of inspecting the accounts and stocks of the Mannarkudi and Nutrition Flour Branches and conducting the audit.
3. The learned Additional Government Pleader for the first respondent submits that the petitioner's representation dated 13.06.2025 Page No. 2 of 4
will be considered and disposed of by the first respondent within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
4. Recording the above submission, this Writ Petition stands disposed of, by directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.06.2025 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law. Needless to state, before passing any such order, the second respondent shall also be afforded an opportunity of being heard. This exercise shall be completed within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
