ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 147, 294(b), 324 and 506(i) IPC in Crime No.325 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that due to the land dispute pending between the de facto complainant and the petitioner, the petitioner herein attacked the de facto complaint with iron rod and caused grievous injuries. Hence, a case has been registered.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he is innocent and his name has been falsely implicated in this case.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner attacked the de facto complainant with iron rod and caused grievous injuries. He would further submit that the injured is still in hospital and hence, he strongly opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
5. Considering the serious nature of allegations made against the petitioner and also the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent that the injured is still in hospital, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
