ORDER
Heard both sides.
2.The writ petitioner is said to be an agreement holder. His grievance is that in breach of rights under the agreement, the petition mentioned document has been registered. He wants the same to be cancelled.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner is not in a position to cite any statutory provision which will empower the registering authority to cancel a registered document. In fact, once a document registered, it cannot be cancelled by the registering authority. 4.The petitioner, if at all, has to work out his right in a specific performance suit. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that such 2/4
a suit has already been filed. It is needless to mention that the rights of the parties will abide by the outcome of the suit. No relief can be granted in this writ petition.
