This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order dated 28.07.2016 and with a consequential prayer direct the first and third respondents to instruct him not to proceed further any allegation or charges against the petitioner for the same charges already closed as per the Proceedings DO:AGM (RR):DA:Vig:8595:7547 2015-16 dated 15.03.2016.

2. Based on the enquiry notice, already enquiry was conducted and which ended in imposing punishment and the same was put to challenge in W.P.(MD).No.19633 of 2020. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
