ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 4 and 5 to take necessary action based on the petitioner's representation, dated 21.06.2025 and CSR No.94 of 2025 dated 23.06.2025, and consequently, to direct the 8th respondent to produce the statement of accounts pertaining to the temple accounts before the official respondent fixed by this Court.

2. The case of the petitioner is that the father of the 8th respondent was the head of the Kaliamman Temple situated in the petitioner's village. After the demise of his father, the 8th respondent had collected funds for conducting Kumbabishekam and is alleged to have misappropriated the said funds, pursuant to which the complaint was lodged. 3/6

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the complaint of the petitioner was enquired into as a petition enquiry in CSR No.94 of 2025, and the same was closed on 21.08.2025. The closure report has also been placed before this Court.

4. Recording the above submission, this petition stands closed with a direction to the respondent Police to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner. Consequently, connected Miscellaenous Petition is closed. No costs.
