This Writ petition has been for a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the representations made by the petitioner, dated 03.07.2014, 13.04.2015 and 19.06.2015, seeking revision of her service to the post of Junior Assistant from the date of her original appointment on 20.03.2013 along with back wages and other monetary benefits within a time frame as may be stipulated by this Court.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondents had rejected the claim of the petitioner and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ petition. Therefore, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD) No.1740 of 2016 petition with liberty to challenge the rejection order, by circulating a letter, dated 16.12.2019 to the Registry. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the letter circulated to the Registry as well as the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
