During the course of hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner fairly submitted that in the light of the order, dated 03.11.2015 passed in W.P.No.4827 of 2012 and batch, nothing survives in this Writ Petition and he placed a copy of the order. The same is placed on record.
2. Considering the submissions of the learned Counsel for the petitioner and on perusal of the order, dated 03.11.2015 in W.P.No.4827 of 2012 and batch, in the considered opinion of this Court, nothing survives in this Writ Petition and it has to be dismissed as infructuous.
