ORDER

The petitioner is the defacto complainant in the petition mentioned crime number. He wants transfer of investigation. When the matter was taken up for hearing, it was submitted that a positive final report has been filed on 11.08.2021 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumayam. The second respondent is directed to verify the same. If the final report is not available, a fresh copy shall be submitted before the trial court. The learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumayam shall take a call in the matter within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
