This Petition has been filed by the defacto Complainant seeking direction against the Respondent/Investigation Officer to complete the 1/4

investigation in Crime No.511 of 2022 within the specified time and file the final report before the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate concerned. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the Respondent/Investigation Officer submitted that the investigation has been proceeding fairly, but the accused is still absconding. The accused has to be subjected to medical test regarding his potency. Only after securing the accused, the Investigation Officer will be able to file the final report before the Court concerned.
