O R D E R

The writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the fourth respondent to upload the Form No.I pertaining to the First Accident Report regarding the road accident met by the above named petitioner on 12.04.2024 in the official website of the state police and issue a copy of the same to the above named petitioner in compliance with Motor Vehicles (Amendment) Act, 2019 and the Central Motor Vehicles (5th Amendment) Rules 2022 within the time frame stipulated by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today (i.e.,26.09.2024), the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. Permission is granted.
