ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition had been filed to direct the Respondents 1 and 2 herein to provide adequate Police protection to the Petitioner life and limb of the Petitioner on the basis of his representation dated 17.10.2022 given by the Petitioner.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the Respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the son of the Petitioner had eloped with the daughter of the third Respondent, based on which, the second Respondent had registered a case in Crime No.255 of 2022 as "man missing" complaint.
