This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned show cause notice, dated 19.08.2016.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that in this writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the show-cause notice dated 19.08.2016. W.P.(MD)No.17472 of 2016 has also produced a copy of the proceedings, dated 22.03.2017 to that effect.

3.In view of the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
