Since the issue involved in this writ petition is a contractual matter/issue, which can be decided only before the Arbitration Court, this Court was about to dismiss the writ petition, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
