ORDER

By consent of both parties this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

2.According to the petitioner, his village people formed an association in the name of M/s.M.Kumarasakkanapuram Kalvi Membattu Sangam and submitted an application to register the same before the 3rd respondent on 25.07.2024. Since the same is pending without any progress, they made a representation dated 28.08.2024 to the respondents, requesting to complete the registration process and issue registration certificate. Since the same has not been considered so far, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition. 3.Mr.C.Satheesh, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondents, on instructions, submits that the petitioner has not applied for registration in the online portal with relevant fees and therefore, the same could not be processed. He assures that if the petitioner submits application through online with necessary fees, the same would be processed and registered. 4.In view of the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate for the respondents, the petitioner is directed to submit an application 2/4

in the online portal with necessary fees. On receipt of the same, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the same and pass necessary orders within a period of one month from the date of submitting the application. 5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
