ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a mandamus to direct the first respondent to disburse the compensation amount due to him for the injury caused due to blasting of LPG gas cylinder.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the claim petition made by the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, after giving an opportunity to the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already disposed of. 2/4

4. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
