This petition has been filed seeking for direction to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner, his wife and family members.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police on instruction, would submit that the case in Crime No.566 of 2019 was registered against one Vijaya kumar for the offence under Sections 279 and 304(A) IPC. During the course of investigation, it reveals that the petitioner is the person, who committed the offence and therefore, necessary application has to be made to alter the FIR.
