ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to cancel the abolished foundation entries available in the records in the of Kremmer Sandegren FoundationPattukottai registered under the Society Registration Act, 1860 amended by Madras Act 884 of 1954, with registration No.5/1957 under certification of incorporation dated 06.05.1957 by the 3rd respondent by considering the petitioner's representation dated 01.12.2018. 2/4

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3. On perusal of the records revealed that there is a civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the respondents 5 and 6. Since the nature of allegations are civil dispute, the prayer sought for in this petition cannot be considered.

4. Hence, the writ petition stands dismissed. However, the petiitoner is at liberty to approach the civil Court for appropriate relief. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. 05.11.2024 Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes/No NCC : Yes / No LS TO:-
