Order: This Petition coming up for hearing on this day, upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 06.11.2019 and the requisition letter of the IV Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli, vide letter in D.No.934/2020, dated 26.08.2020, this Court made the following order:

By Order dated 06.11.2019, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the Case in Crl.R.C.No.18 0f 2019, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 2.The Court below has submitted a letter, in D.No.934/2020, dated 26.08.2020, whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, it requested further six months time to comply with the order dated 06.11.2019, made in this Criminal Original Petition. 3.Considering the reasons stated by the Court below for extension of time, two months time is extended from today to comply with the order dated 06.11.2019, made in this Criminal Original Petition.
