2. On instructions, the learned counsel for the respondents would submit that the lease of the petitioners have been extended till 31st March, 2026.

3. Heard the learned counsels on either side.

4. It is needless to state that if the respondent Corporation intends to initiate eviction proceedings, the Corporation shall issue a prior show cause notice to the tenants, hear their objections, and thereafter pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

5. With the above directions, these Writ Petitions stand disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
