ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused No.1, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 406, 420, 120B of IPC and Section 5 of TNPID Act, 1997, in Crime No.3 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3.The petitioner's earlier petition of anticipatory bail was dismissed. There is no change of circumstance. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
