ORDER

This Writ Petition had been filed to direct the second Respondent to provide adequate Police protection to the Petitioner and 1/4

her family members and to her house property in Old Door No.7/8, New Door No.9-2-16 situated at Survey No.724/8, Eratti Agragaram, Sholavandan Village, Vadipatti (Taluk), Madurai District by considering her complaint dated 07.10.2022 within a time stipulation as prescribed by this Court.

2.When the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that based on the complaint of the Petitioner, enquiry was conducted by the respondent and the Petition was closed. The submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), is recorded.

3.In the light of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) as well as in the light of the order of the Honourable Division Bench of this Court in CDJ 2018 MHC 5100, in the case of G.Prabakaran vs The Superintendent of Police, Thanjavur District and another, this Writ Petition is dismissed as not maintainable. No costs.
